{March 15, 2010}   Why! why.. and WHY???

“Why” is the question that we ask ourselves most of the moment. This is the most evident phrase of everyone’s life.

When I was a kid I used to annoy at thy self that why am not growing old and start earning now immediately (like the Hero grows huge in one cycle peddling! ;) ) so that I can start buying stuffs that I can get it without my parents interference. As and when i grew i always wanted to start joining a good firm and kick off earning, so that my mom doesn’t shout at all the petty things that i buy here and there (coz am bugging her for the money!)

Then during my college days i was very keen of joining higher studies and started vigorously preparing for the GRE right from my 3rd year Engineering. But then, there is always a twist in the life, that i felt like supporting my dad after my college. so with no hesitation i dropped off the GRE dream and as usual geared up for the campus.

With all the work pressures, as we grow up so soon (seems to be!) we don’t have enough time to relax and enjoy every moment, as every day calls for a living and striving to live. Now we all should in a condition that we should not grow above 10. But if u ask me, i should always be in my pre schools, because thats the age when you really don’t know the seriousness of life and with white heart we try to make others happy without our knowledge :)

I recently went to a marriage where there was my friend’s younger cousin sitting next to me. She was ‘Just Engaged’ that time, that while seeing the marriage, she sighed! I enquired her for her inconvenience for that she replied so so rapidly that, “Why do we grow up so fast.. When we are kids, we want to go to college so fast and then when we are in college we want to go to work so fast and parents want to get them married so soon that they don’t miss their youth period..and so soon there is a need to a kid from the family side and as the kids are born, then there is again a strive to make them grow with good education and there is a fast need to do Higher Studies and then a good work and then a marriage and the Circle of Life goes on and on…When does it end? Why does life seem to be so so rushing and with no leisure time to relax our life.”

I am sure many percentage of people would nod their heads (so rushing! ;) ) But have we found out an answer,NO! People generally say, one should enjoy the work that they are doing..but thats a more stereotyped type of answer that i have received many a times.

Nevertheless, life has no purpose, as to Why are we born, Why are we here and Why we need to do these things to stick on to life path for it to end(finally??)

Life doesn’t give any answers but again, lets live our life!! :)

{March 11, 2010}   Siam Niramit Splendid Shows!!!

Siam Niramit

Siam Niramit is a world-class performance of Thailand’s arts and cultural heritage. Set in the heart of Bangkok affording convenient access by MRT subway and major thoroughfares, this must-see spectacular is performed on the gigantic stage now listed in the Guinness World Records, featuring over 150 performers with as many as 500 costumes. On top of this, enhanced special effects with the world’s most advanced technology are used to produce a stimulating, very realistic and inspiring experience.

One cannot imagine the amount of efforts that they have made to carry out this show. The show that I saw was at (sharp) 8.00 p.m till exactly 9.30 p.m.

I was told that whether there is much crowd in the audience or not, the Show kicks off at the nick of time! For every single act, there is a complete stage redesigned, with or without our knowledge! trust me, we can see huge huge blocks of things getting added or removed for each acts, and its not that easy to even imagine!! we were all awe-struck completely!! Irrespective of the gender, all perform the same act or the stunt without any fear in their faces. Gals and guys fly wherever they can so seamlessly within fraction of the seconds. A complete mind blowing act that can so easily mesmerize you within moments it has started! :)

This is a Journey to the Enchanted Kingdom of Thailand that no one can miss.

{March 2, 2010}   My Caricature!!

After a longtime, I saw a Caricature artist in Bangalore when I was around the city for a weekend. He was pooled by many people (but watching though!) watching him sketching for a couple. I was very eager to go close and watch him the way he sketches exactly. Am quite a lot fond of drawing and especially painting, so this common interest made me to draw close to the place where he was found. The person is quite a skillful person, I heard from my cousin that he started off with the face so exactly, but I think since we are not that used to a Caricature, may be I found like i was like a leading Politician. ;)

It took nearly 10 min for him to finish my entire face :) He did a very excellent job on all the intricate portions on my face!! He was quite a bit struggling to make me constantly smiling(!) but then somehow he managed it I guess. The first I saw a Caricature Artist was in Pier 39, CA. I badly wanted to try it out but then naturally there was a big crowd before me :( but then now we have our own Indian Artists growing up in this field :) This is where you can see my caricature image :)

After this he wanted to know what pose did u want to prefer, since am quite interested about the photography, I requested him to pose with the camera ;)

Quite a fun and thrilling weekend I must say!!
